What Service1 does

Service1 helps people looking for local trade and service work find and compare local providers, and helps those providers be found. We are not a party to any job or agreement between a customer and a provider.

Providers are independent

Providers are independent businesses. We may check details before listing a business, but we do not guarantee any provider's work, availability, prices, licences or insurance. Confirm these yourself before you hire anyone.

Using the site

You agree to give truthful and accurate information when you use the site, and to use it only for its purpose: finding and comparing providers, or being found as one.

Do not misuse the site, try to interfere with it, or submit information about another person without their permission.

Reports and information

Search reports are put together automatically from information that is available online. They are a starting point to help you compare providers, not advice and not a guarantee. Check the details with the provider before you hire.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with providers.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
